Nepalancer.com provides a platform to connect Freelancers with Clients for freelance projects. Nepalancer.com acts solely as an intermediary and does not provide freelance services directly.

5. User Conduct

  • You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
  • You will not post or transmit any illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringing content.
  • Respect other users and do not harass or discriminate.

6. Payments and Fees

  • Payment terms are agreed between Freelancers and Clients.
  • Nepalancer.com may charge service fees or commissions as described in our pricing policy.
  • Nepalancer.com is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their content and work.
  • By using the Platform, you grant Nepalancer.com a license to display your content for Platform operation.
  • Unauthorized use of others’ intellectual property is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Nepalancer.com provides the Platform “as is” without warranties.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform.
  • We do not guarantee work quality or payment between users.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved under Nepalese jurisdiction.
